How
long is the appointment?
It is approximately 1 ½ hours in length. Before the appointment, an autobiographical statement will be sent to you and needs to be completed and either faxed or mailed back to
us one week prior to your appointment.
Who gets my report?
A report will be sent to David Dodge's office upon completion of interview.
